Who we are. What we stand for.

Madrasah Vali is the madrasah at Issa Hikmah Centre, home to Masjid-e-Vali on Preston New Road in Blackburn. We teach pupils across multiple classes and year groups, with an aligned curriculum from the An-Nasihah tradition. Our motto: “Learn. Love. Lead. — Like a Wali.”

Since 2023 we've been deploying small teams internationally — Indonesia, Albania, and onwards — bringing the same standards of Islamic education to communities still recovering from decades of forced atheism and conflict.

Madrasah Vali partners with on-the-ground delivery teams whose feet are already on the soil where funds are needed. Each campaign names its delivery partner publicly — typically a UK-registered charity for the Gift Aid pathway — and every pound is tagged, tracked, and transferred on a fixed schedule.

Where MV delivers directly (general fund work, local community projects in Blackburn) the same transparency model applies: every transfer logged, every project reported back with photographs and outcomes.

• Every donation tagged to the specific project or cause you choose — no redirection without consent.
• Where a campaign has a delivery partner, funds are transferred to that partner in tranches — every transfer logged publicly.
• If you opt in to Gift Aid, your declaration cites the partner charity whose number is on the form at the time of donation. Madrasah Vali itself is not a UK-registered charity and does not claim Gift Aid.
• Photographs and video footage from each project, in delivery.
• Campaign close-out reports published with full reconciliation.
• If a project exceeds its target, the surplus is applied to the cause most in need with full disclosure.
